Dinner Features for October 5th

Scallops Choron
Deep sea scallops pan seared with sweet peas and chorizo sausage; tossed with pasta in sauce choron  

Jamaican Stockyard
Jerk seasoned 10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order served with banana walnut spinach and rice

Grilled Salmon
Lightly marinated salmon filet char grilled, served with spinach aglio olio and balsamic onions

Shrimp Ail Rôti
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms and tossed with pasta in roasted garlic cream sauce

Kratos Chicken
Chicken breast pan seared with lentils and carrots served with rice pilaf in a Mediterranean broth, accompanied by toasted pita bread

Cajun Chicken
Cajun seasoned chicken breast pan seared, served over mashed potatoes with bacon corn relish

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
