Dinner Features for Wednesday February 26th


Appetizer:
Crab Cakes
Fresh crab cakes pan seared and presented over a bed of field greens, served with homemade remoulade

Entrees:
Tropic Grouper Sandwich
Fresh grouper filet pan seared with Jamaican spices, topped with fresh pineapple salsa and cool avocado ranch, served on a brioche bun with lettuce and sweet potato French fries

Beef and Reef
A 3 ounce beef sirloin medallion char grilled to order, topped with two fresh pan seared crab cakes and caramelized onion white wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach 

Scallops Dijon
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, mushrooms and asparagus in a Dijon white wine pan sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Pesto Cream Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes and garlic in a pesto cream sauce, tossed with orzo and topped with balsamic caramelized onions

Lemon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast encrusted with panko and lemon zest pan seared with mushrooms and roasted tomatoes in a tangy lemon white wine sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
