Dinner Features for Tuesday February 25th

Grilled Ahi Dijon
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order, topped with a Dijon white wine sauce and served over wild mushroom orzo with sautéed spinach

Beef and Reef
A 3 ounce beef sirloin medallion char grilled to order, topped with a fresh pan seared crab cake and caramelized onion horseradish sauce, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Pesto Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic and a creamy pesto orzo, topped with balsamic caramelized onions

Rustic Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic, mushrooms, artichokes and roasted tomatoes serve d over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Chicken Puttanesca
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with peppers, onions, garlic and capers in a red wine marinara pan sauce, tossed with pasta

Country Chicken
Boneless chicken breast fried in a country breading with corn, bacon and scallions served with mashed potatoes and cream gravy

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
