Dinner Features February 19

Stockyard Sirloin                     
Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order topped with a grilled portobello mushroom and garlic red wine butter sauce accompanied by a twice baked potato

Pantheon Tilapia    
Char grilled tilapia filet, topped with a lemon dill yogurt sauce presented  aside a chilled orzo pasta salad with olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh spinach

Scallops                                                             
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, caramelized onions and portobello mushrooms served with mashed potatoes in a sherry pan sauce

Thai Shrimp                                                                                 
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with roasted red peppers and scallions with sweet chili sauce served with fried rice

Asiago Chicken                                                                
Boneless asiago and panko encrusted chicken breast pan seared served over mashed potatoes topped with caramelized onion cherry tomato jam and balsamic glaze drizzle

Dijon Chicken       
Chicken breast pan seared with garlic, asparagus and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a horseradish Dijon sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                  
       Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
