Dinner Features for Tuesday February 11th


Roasted Red Pepper Snapper
Snapper filet pan seared with a lemon pepper panko crust, topped with a roasted red pepper sauce and served with wild rice and asparagus spears

Macaroni & Cheese
Macaroni mixed with a blend of cheese and jalapeño peppers, baked with an herb crust

Stockyard Sirloin ala Vino
1o ounce beef stockyard char grilled to order, topped with a red wine butter sauce and served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach

Pesto Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and garlic in a pesto cream sauce, tossed with pasta

Shrimp Dijon
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, asparagus and garlic, served over mashed potatoes in a Dijon white wine cream sauce

Chicken Bruschetta Caprese
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and topped with a fresh tomato bruschetta, served over mashed potatoes and finished with a balsamic drizzle

Cajun Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with chorizo sausage, tomatoes and onions, stewed with Cajun spices and served with white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
