Friday Dinner February 21

Beef Stockyard                                                                 
Seasoned & grilled 10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak served with a creamy blend of spinach, jalapenos and onions accompanied by pan fried potato.

Sea Scallops Piccata   
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with capers and mushrooms, tossed with pasta in a white wine pan sauce, topped with asiago cheese.

Grilled Grouper                
Seasoned and grilled grouper filet served with a chilled lemon dill orzo pasta

Pan Seared Ahi Tuna    
Ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with portobello mushrooms and roasted red pepper served with asparagus spears and topped with creamed spinach.

Shrimp Scampi                    
Tiger shrimp pan seared with tomatoes and asparagus, tossed with pasta in garlic butter sauce
finished with asiago cheese.

 Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Baked fresh herb crusted macaroni pasta, mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeno peppers.


Country Chicken                  
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, corn and tomatoes served over mashed potatoes in country style gravy.

Fish Fry      
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                     
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
