Dinner Features for Saturday February 15th

Tuscan Salmon
Grilled salmon filet topped with fresh bruschetta and caramelized onions served with rosemary orzo pasta  

Bistro Medallions Florentine
Beef Sirloin Bistro medallions char grilled to order, topped with crispy onions and served with creamy spinach and a twice baked potato

Pan Seared Tilapia
Pan seared tilapia filet topped with a lemon pepper white wine butter sauce presented over mashed potatoes and served with sautéed spinach and roasted red peppers

Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese
Macaroni mixed with a blend of cheese and jalapeño peppers, baked with an herb crust

Rustic Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with Italian sausage, peppers and onions in a white wine marinara sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers and artichokes in a lemon white wine pan sauce, tossed with pasta  

Dijon Chicken
Boneless panko crusted chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms and asparagus in a Dijon white wine sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
