Dinner Features for February 7th

Crab and Bacon Stuffed Stockyard Sirloin Steak
10 oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, stuffed with crab meat, bacon and fresh herbs served over a potato pancake finished with balsamic glaze  

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna steak pan seared with a sesame crust and finished with an orange ginger glaze, served with rice pilaf and broccoli 

Pesto Caprese Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh basil and tomatoes in a pesto white wine sauce, served over pasta topped with fresh mozzarella cheese with balsamic glaze  

Mediterranean Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and garlic served over pasta in a lemon white wine pan sauce finished with crumbled feta cheese and oregano  

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast pan seared, topped with roasted red pepper cream sauce, presented over pasta     

Jamaican Chicken
Boneless Jamaican jerk seasoned chicken sautéed with tomatoes, pineapples, red onions and spinach served over wild rice with black beans 

Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
