Dinner Features for February 1st

Championship Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak perfectly seasoned and char grilled to order, presented with fresh mozzarella cheese and roasted red peppers, finished with a balsamic glaze and served with roasted garlic parmesan smashed potatoes  

12th Plan Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi char grilled with a sweet coffee dry rub presented with coconut cream and rice pilaf 

Lynched Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, tomatoes, black beans and scallions served with mashed potatoes and finished with Cajun butter     

Deflated Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mirepoix and fresh herbs, tossed with pasta in sauce beurre blanc  

Pick 6 Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with escarole, cannellini beans and tomatoes in a garlic wine sauce, served with pasta and finished with parmesan  

Gonk & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread 

End Zone Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with capicola, artichokes, onions and mozzarella, finished with garlic aioli and served with asparagus appears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
