Dinner Features for February 4th


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with melted asiago cheese and a burgundy onion sauce, served with a twice baked potato


Herb Crust Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared with an herb crust and presented over asparagus spears, topped with a dill cream sauce and served with a side of Mediterranean orzo pasta


Pineapple Citrus Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with zucchini and sun dried tomatoes in a zesty pineapple salsa, served over rice


Jalapeño Macaroni & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread


Shrimp Madeira
Jumbo shrimp pan sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini and artichokes in a Madeira demi glace served over pasta  


Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and Bermuda onions in a zesty white wine rosemary sauce, served over rice pilaf  


Chicken Bowtie Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mixed garden vegetables in a light Alfredo sauce tossed with bowtie pasta

Capicola and ham pressed on focaccia bread with mozzarella cheese, Spanish onions, tomatoes, roasted red peppers and a garlic aioli served with homemade chips

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
