Dinner Features for February 2nd


Montreal Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, presented with a burgundy mushroom sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Fresh Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of pasta basil marinara finished with parmesan cheese  

Sesame Orange Teriyaki Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a sesame orange teriyaki sauce served over rice pilaf   

Shrimp Lambrusco
Jumbo shrimp pan sautéed with capicola, artichokes, mushrooms and fresh spinach in garlic Lambrusco wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan 

Hawaiian Tropic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, bananas, pineapple and almonds with a coconut juice infused sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf   

Jalapeño & Sharp Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese
Elbow macaroni mixed with blended cheeses and jalapeño peppers baked with a fresh herb crust and served with garlic bread 

Rosemary Dill Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, zucchini and sun dried tomatoes in a fresh rosemary dill white wine cream sauce, served over pasta    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
