Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, banana peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers in a spicy white wine garlic sauce, serve over rice pilaf

Lemon Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, artichoke hearts and sweet red peppers in a lemon white wine fresh basil sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Scallops Pesto Florentine
Deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes and portobello mushrooms in a light pesto Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Sesame Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp and mixed garden vegetables in a sesame ginger stir fry, served over rice pilaf

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, tomatoes and aged goat cheese topped with a remoulade sauce and served over asparagus spears with a side of wild rice
