Dinner Features January, 12th 2017


Appetizer:

Loaded Tots      

Tater tots loaded with cheddar, bacon, scallions and side of salsa ranch



Entrees:

       Grilled Stockyard Steak      

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with basil, shitake mushrooms and sundried tomatoes served with pecan smashed sweet potatoes

 

Chicken Provincale     

Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions and olives in a garlic basil white wine sauce over pasta





Shrimp Alfredo Florentine    
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and fresh spinach tossed with pasta in a light alfredo sauce 



Sea Harvesters Scallops       

Fresh deep sea scallops with tomatoes and peppers and onions in a lemon garlic sauce topped with melted asiago cheese served with a side of rice



Fresh Broiled Stuffed Mahi Mahi      

Fresh broiled mahi mahi stuffed with spinach, aged goat cheese and artichoke hearts over asparagus topped with caper dill sauce and side of rice



Fresh Broiled Haddock        
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
