Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a shiitake basil sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Cajun Chicken
Boneless spicy Cajun herb crusted chicken breast pan seared with garlic, lemon and lime, topped with a Creole sauce and served over rice pilaf

Chicken Key West
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh pineapple, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and scallions in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp & Crabmeat ala Romano Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and olives tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce  

Scallops Italian
Deep sea scallops sautéed with sliced kielbasa, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a white wine basil marinara sauce, served over pasta     

Herb Crust Mahi Mahi
Fresh herb crusted mahi mahi pan seared in lemon and white wine served over fresh asparagus spears and drizzled with a caper dill sauce, finished with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
