Dinner Features January 19th, 2017


Herb Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, herb seasoned and served with potato wedges fresh asparagus.



Chicken Cutlet                     

Boneless breaded chicken breast sautéed with lemon and garlic served with mashed potatoes and broccoli.



Chicken Strips and Alfredo    

Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with spinach, mushrooms and artichokes in a sundried tomato alfredo over pasta.



Shrimp Gumbo 

Fresh jumbo shrimp sautéed with sweet bell peppers, onions and Italian sausage presented over cajun rice.



Pan Seared Scallops  
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over rice pilaf in a rosemary garlic cream sauce.   



Pan Fried Rockfish   

Pan fried Rock Fish dusted with flour and salt and pepper with herb mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.



Fresh Broiled Haddock   
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
