Dinner Features January 22


Char Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection and served with a charred tomato and mushroom ragout, presented over three cheese mashed potatoes  

Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears    

Chicken & Wild Rice
Boneless chicken breast pan fried and served over wild rice and a portobello mushroom gravy, served with mixed vegetable medley  

Pan Fried Rock Fish
Fresh pan fried Rock Fish topped with a cucumber remoulade and served over garlic mashed potatoes with a side of cheddar broccoli

Scallops Kennedy
Deep sea scallops breaded and pan seared, served over mashed potatoes and topped with a bacon spinach cream sauce

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, red onion and red and green bell peppers in a sherry lemon butter sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
