Dinner Features January 24


Steak & Eggs
Twin beef sirloin filets pan seared to order and topped with two fried eggs, served over maple bacon home fries with a side of tempura fried asparagus

Spicy Chicken Marinara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sliced kielbasa, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a light red sauce, served over pasta 

Chicken Santa Fe
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with black beans, mushrooms and sweet corn in a Cajun Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Pan Seared Rockfish
Fresh rockfish pan seared and topped with a tropical fruit salsa, served over wild rice

Tomato Cream Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over pasta with a sherry tomato cream sauce

Shrimp Greco
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, spinach and onions, finished with feta cheese and served over herb mashed potatoes 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
