Char grilled chicken breast finished with Boom Sauce IPA barbeque sauce, onion straws and goat cheese over cheddar herb mashed potatoes

Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna pan fried to order presented over fresh mixed greens finished with wasabi soy reduction with asparagus spears



            Maple Butter Salmon                                                                                                           

Pan seared Aukra salmon finished with maple brown butter over sautéed fresh spinach with bulgar pilaf



Guinness Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                                           

Seasoned char grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak presented over Guinness caramelized onions and finished with a balsamic stout reduction with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes



Garlic Bacon Scallops                                                                                                          

Pan seared scallops, mushrooms, onions, spinach, bacon and fresh garlic in a white wine pan sauce over pasta finished with asiago cheese



Tomato Basil Shrimp
