Dinner features Sunday 21st February 2016


Char Grilled Stockyard  sirloin steak properly seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with pesto, sweet potato puree and melted feta, served with a twice baked potato 



Santa Fe Chicken  Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, onions, tomatoes and black beans in a Cajun wine sauce, presented over wild rice and finished with bleu cheese crumbles



Wild Mushroom Chicken Boneless chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms, apples and pecans, finished with a roasted red pepper cream sauce and served with mashed potatoes

  

Panko Crusted Barramundi OR Salmon Filet  Barramundi OR Salmon filet pan seared with a seasoned panko crust, topped with a lemon beurre blanc and served with a warm lentil prosciutto salad.    



Shrimp Scampi  Jumbo shrimp sautéed with asparagus and tomatoes served over pasta in a lemon wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese    



Scallops Oreganata Deep sea scallops sautéed with roasted red peppers, lemon, basil and oregano, served over pasta in a white wine sauce



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
