Dinner Features February 13


Surf and Turf
A beef sirloin medallion char grilled to perfection, presented over caramelized onions and finished with herb butter paired with sautéed shrimp in a sun dried tomato cream sauce, served with sautéed Brussels sprouts and parmesan herb mashed potatoes                     

Steak and Crab
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, stuffed with crab meat and bleu cheese, finished with a balsamic reduction and presented over asparagus spears with a twice baked potato

Sashimi Grade Peppercorn Crusted Ahi Tuna
Sashimi grade ahi tuna steak pan seared with a peppercorn crust presented over a soy mustard sauce and served with asparagus spears and wild rice

Chicken Caprese
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with tomatoes and fresh basil in a white wine pesto sauce, served over pasta and finished with fresh mozzarella cheese  

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast egg battered and pan seared in a sherry lemon butter pan sauce with artichoke hearts, served over pasta with broccoli and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses   

Sicilian Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with kalamata olives, banana peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic in a white wine marinara pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Bacon Basil Scallops
Deep sea scallops broiled with fresh basil, bacon, tomatoes and capers in a white wine butter sauce, presented over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
