Dinner Features February 11


Braised Short Ribs Jardinière
Pan seared and perfectly seasoned Beef Short Ribs roasted in burgundy gravy with carrots, celery, tomatoes, peas and onions served with mashed potatoes                              

Basil Marinara Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, portobello mushrooms and zucchini tossed with pasta and mozzarella cheese curds finished with a white wine basil marinara sauce

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sweet potatoes, fresh spinach, dried cranberries and asiago cheese roasted with a spiced panko crust, served with mashed potatoes and a Marsala cream

Grilled Shrimp
Seasoned and grilled jumbo shrimp presented with a barley pilaf and grilled vegetables

Pan Seared Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared in a dill peppercorn crust with apples and caramelized onions, finished with a sherry Dijon sauce and served over pasta

Southwest Sea Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with chorizo sausage, black beans, onions, jalapeño peppers and tomatoes served over rice pilaf with  bacon avocado aioli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
