Cajun Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with cajun spices and served with caramelized onions and avocado, presented with bacon cheddar mashed potatoes

Stevie’s Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust and topped with a roasted red pepper mushroom cream sauce, finished with asiago cheese and served with rice pilaf and asparagus spears

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast with tomatoes, zucchini and artichokes stewed in a spicy broth served with pasta and gremolata

Herb Butter Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with roasted carrots and shaved Brussels sprouts served over pasta with an herb butter sauce

Char Grilled Mahi Mahi
Fresh char grilled mahi mahi filet topped with a caper dill cream sauce and served with rice pilaf and garlic broccoli   

Shrimp Arrabiata
Jumbo pan seared shrimp with fresh rosemary, cheese curds and arrabiata sauce served over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
