Char Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms and finished with sun dried tomato roasted garlic butter, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken & Sausage Carouso
Boneless chicken breast and Italian sausage sautéed with mushrooms, onions, artichoke hearts and tomatoes in garlic fresh basil marinara sauce, served over pasta topped with asiago cheese  

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed with lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta with broccoli and topped with asiago cheese 

Shrimp Verde Aglio Olio
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, broccoli, zucchini and kalamata olives with olive oil, white wine, basil and parmesan cheese tossed with pasta   

Stuffed Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, panko bread crumbs and crumbly bleu cheese topped with a rosemary cream sauce and presented over asparagus spears, served with wild rice

Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Scallops
Sea scallops sautéed with garden vegetables and tossed with a light roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
