Dinner features 6th January 2016


Char Grilled Stockyard Jardinière Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with braised vegetables in a garlic burgundy sauce,
served with a side of mashed potatoes.



Chicken Du Chef Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, chorizo sausage, fresh spinach and tomatoes in a zesty garlic wine sauce over pasta. 



Caruso Chicken Pan-seared chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and ham in a white wine marinara sauce over pasta, with asiago cheese. 



Sea Scallops Provencal  Sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes and olives in a garlic oregano white wine sauce over pasta.



Dill Sesame Peppercorn Crusted Ahi Tuna Grilled fresh Ahi tuna steak coated with sesame seeds, dill and peppercorns, over fresh asparagus spears topped with a caper-carrot relish and served with a side of rice.



Sesame Shrimp Stir-fry Stir-fry Jumbo shrimp with mixed garden vegetables in a sesame orange teriyaki served over rice dusted with sesame seeds.



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
