Char Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection and topped with a portobello mushroom onion Madeira sauce, served with a twice baked potato 

Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a sesame ginger stir fry sauce, served over rice

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust in a lemon sherry wine sauce, topped with a pineapple tomato relish and served with a side of rice pilaf

Stuffed Barramundi
Fresh broiled barramundi filet stuffed with orzo pasta, spinach, olives and tomatoes presented over fresh asparagus spears and topped with a caper vegetable feta cream sauce

Seafood Gnocchi Florentine
Sea scallops and crab claw meat sautéed with mushrooms, sweet peas and fresh spinach in a garlic lemon white wine sauce, tossed with homemade roasted red pepper gnocchi

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, onions and scallions in a lemon garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
