Dinner Features January 17


Pesce du Jour
Your choice of rainbow trout, barramundi or mahi mahi filet pan seared with an herb crust, served with rice pilaf and a warm pineapple salsa

Beef Stroganoff
Beef sirloin tips sauteed with mushrooms and sherry onions tossed with egg noodles, sour cream and pepper butter

Chicken Bake
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, peas and roasted garlic tossed in creamy chicken gravy and white cheddar served over mashed potatoes   

Chicken Marinara
Boneless chicken breast braised in a spicy white wine marinara sauce with Brussels sprouts and carrots tossed with pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  

Scallops Piccata
Sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms and capers with pasta and a lemon butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Shrimp Chimichurri
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, onions and cilantro served over rice with sriracha chimichurri aioli   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
