Grilled Beef Stockyard Jardinière 10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled a topped with a Jardinière sauce and served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes.

Chicken& Eggplant Rossa Chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, onions, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives in a garlic-basil white wine marinara sauce over pasta, topped with asiago cheese.  

Rosemary Caper Scallops Sea scallops seared with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, capers and spinach in a sherry Dijon sauce over rice.

                                                                                                          

 Biscotti Crusted Chicken Chicken breast lightly coated with a biscotti crust and pan-seared in a sherry wine, served over rice and topped with an apple cream sauce.    

Salmon Cakes Pan seared house-made Salmon cakes served over grilled marinated squash topped with a zesty tomato black bean sauce.

Sicilian Shrimp Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, prosciutto ham, tomatoes and escarole in a garlic basil white wine sauce, topped with asiago cheese.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
