dinner features 30th December 2015


Montreal Beef Medallions Montreal seasoned 3oz twin beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, with a wild mushroom roasted red pepper sauce and a twice baked potato.    



Chicken Santé Fe Boneless chicken breast sautéed with peppers, onions, bacon, banana peppers, black beans and tomatoes, in a spicy garlic sauce over rice.    



Scallops & Crabmeat Primavera Sautéed sea scallops and crabmeat with mushrooms, mixed garden vegetables in a garlic sherry sauce over pasta topped with asiago cheese. 



Pecan Crusted Salmon Pan seared Pecan crusted Salmon over fresh asparagus topped with a butternut cream sauce, served with a side of rice.



Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo Sautéed Jumbo shrimp, broccoli and sundried tomatoes in a light Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta.  



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
