Dinner Menu December 15


Vegetable Lasagna
This vegetable lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with garlic bread

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with an onion asiago sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Balsamic Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, brussel sprouts, onions and mushrooms in a sherry balsamic sauce, served over wild rice

Biscotti Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a biscotti herb crust and topped with pineapple tomato relish, served over rosemary cranberry stuffing 

New Orleans Seafood Gumbo
Deep sea scallops, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed with chorizo sausage, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, bell peppers and onions in a spicy seafood broth served over rice

Crab Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet stuffed with crab claw meat, spinach and asiago cheese, finished with an herb cream sauce and served over grilled squash with asparagus spears and rice pilaf

Shrimp & Wild Mushrooms
Jumbo tiger shrimp sautéed with button, portobello and shiitake mushrooms in a garlic sherry tarragon cream sauce served over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
