Dinner Specials 6th May 2016


BBQ Beef Stockyard Seasoned and Grilled Angus Reserve beef stockyard steak topped with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, bbq sauce and pepper jack cheese with mashed potatoes.



Prosciutto Chicken Salad Pan-fried chicken breast over mixed greens with pecans, onions, goat cheese, sweet peppers and prosciutto ham, drizzled with a strawberry balsamic dressing.



Wild Mushroom Shrimp Tiger shrimp sautéed with wild mushrooms and mirepoix served with a savory orzo pasta.

  

Cajun Sea Scallops Cajun seared Sea Scallops tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, avocado and black beans over rice with a corn scallion coulis.                                                     

                      

              Organic Fed Aukra Salmon Pan-seared Aukra Salmon presented over
              mixed greens with lemon, capers, feta cheese and a roasted red pepper hummus.

           

            Jamaican Jerk Ahi Tuna Grilled Jerk seasoned Ahi Tuna presented with
              rice and asparagus topped with a pineapple salsa.
