Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, goat cheese and tomatoes, pan seared and finished with a citrus salsa, served with asparagus spears

Boneless chicken breast and wild mushrooms sautéed with apples and tossed with pasta and a garlic Dijon cream sauce  

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and finished with horseradish cream sauce, served with a twice baked potato  

Creole Chicken Stew
Boneless Cajun seared chicken breast with bayou rice and tomato broth   

Shrimp Napoli
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with basil and tomatoes tossed with pasta, cheese curds and marinara sauce

Scallops al Fresco
Sea scallops pan seared with bacon, spinach, roasted red peppers, avocado and onions served over rice pilaf with crumbled goat cheese

Herb Crusted Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared in a garlic herb crust served with spicy tomato stew and mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
