Dinner Features May 5


Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with a garlic crust, presented with mixed greens and a pineapple relish

Tequila Sea Scallops
Fresh sea scallops broiled with tequila and coriander served with cheddar polenta

Rosemary Lemon Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with rosemary, spinach, artichokes and tomatoes tossed with pasta and lemon sauce       

Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin dry rubbed and char grilled to perfection, presented with caramelized onions and a southwest potato salad  

Chicken Mole
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust and smothered with mole sauce and scallions with a sweet corn coulis, presented over rice   

Chicken & Chorizo Stew
Boneless chicken breast, chorizo sausage, tomatoes, mirepoix and potatoes simmered in a savory broth and finished with pepper jack cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
