Dinner Features May 26


Strawberry Avocado Chicken Salad
Char grilled chicken breast presented over fresh baby spinach with strawberries, pecans, avocado, red onions and goat cheese served with an apple honey vinaigrette    

Pineapple Chicken
Boneless Jamaican seasoned chicken breast sautéed with pineapple, red onion, sweet red peppers and baby spinach in a white wine pan sauce, presented over wild rice  

Bistro Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with caramelized onions, balsamic glaze and melted brie cheese, served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes    

Shrimp Pesto Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a pesto alfredo sauce, served over pasta    

Garlic Herb Scallops
Sea scallops broiled in garlic herb butter and presented over pasta with sautéed mushrooms, zucchini, baby spinach and tomatoes in a lemon white wine pans sauce finished with asiago and parmesans cheese   

Teriyaki Walleye
Fresh broiled walleye filet with a teriyaki marinade topped with Asian cole slaw and presented over rice with stir fry vegetables

Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan fried with an herb and panko crust, topped with a lemon herb hollandaise and served over asparagus spears with wild rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
