Dinner Specials 8th April 2016


Spicy BBQ Beef Stockyard Grilled Angus Reserve beef stockyard steak served with avocado mashed potatoes, smothered in a cheddar cheese blend with a honey sriracha bbq sauce.



Picadillo Chicken Sautéed chicken breast, olives, capers, tomatoes, onions over rice with a garlic wine reduction and asiago cheese.



 Pasta Pescatora Sea scallops pan seared with shrimp, clams, tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers and celery, tossed with pasta in basil marinara.



 

Chicken Rojo boneless chicken breast sautéed with onions and asparagus tossed with ziti in a roasted red pepper cream sauce. 

  

 Herb Crusted Tiger Shrimp Herb crusted Jumbo shrimp pan seared with apples, chorizo, fresh rosemary, sun dried tomatoes, walnuts and pasta topped with a burgundy balsamic glaze.                                                     





Char Grilled Walleye Grilled and seasoned Walleye,  over wild rice with a
fresh pineapple salsa.



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter 



Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
