Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh spinach in a garlic asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Stockyard Steak Au Poivre
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a portobello Dijon peppercorn Au Poivre sauce and served with Potatoes O’Brien
