Dinner Features April 28


Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with leeks, sweet peppers and pineapple in a lemon wine sauce served with roasted potatoes

Cajun Seared Sea Scallops
Fresh sea scallops pan seared in Cajun spices with onions, garlic, tomatoes, sweet peppers and corn served with rice, avocado mousse and pineapple relish  

Shrimp Chicken Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp, roasted chicken and crabmeat sautéed with artichokes tossed with pasta in a creamy Alfredo sauce 

Backyard Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin dry rubbed and char grilled to perfection, topped with a spicy portobello onion gravy and served with German style potato salad

Quinoa Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast marinated and grilled, served with a chilled tropical quinoa pilaf  

Stir Fry
Chicken of tofu pan fried with a vegetable medley and sesame seeds served over rice with a curry tomato sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
