Dinner Features April 24


Char Grilled Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet char grilled and topped with a tomato caper relish, served with sautéed spinach and potato gnocchi

Cajun Sea Scallops
Fresh sea scallops pan seared with Cajun spices and served over rice with avocado mousse and black bean corn relish   

Shrimp Salad
Jumbo shrimp hand battered and pan fried, served over mixed greens with mango, strawberry, pecans, onions and black beans drizzled with an avocado lime ranch dressing

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin properly seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with cheddar mashed potatoes and a creamy bacon gravy   

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust served with cheddar mashed potatoes and a wild mushroom gravy

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with surimi crabmeat and fresh herbs, seared with an herb crust and finished with a pineapple relish, served with rice and asparagus

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
