Dinner Features April 21


Grilled Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet grilled and presented over gnocchi with a roasted red pepper Florentine cream sauce

Sea Scallops Puttanesca
Fresh sea scallops pan seared with capers, tomatoes and basil served with pasta and a garlic marinara

Cajun Shrimp Salad
Jumbo shrimp broiled with Cajun spices and presented over a bed of greens with scallions, bacon, black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocadoes and crumbly bleu    

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with wild mushrooms and sautéed onions and served with a twice baked potato

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a pecan herb crust served with mango lime salsa and jalapeño cheddar mashed potatoes

Chicken Oscar
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with crabmeat and sweet peas, served over pasta with sauce béarnaise   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
