Italian Sirloin Medallions  Grilled twin 3oz beef medallions topped with fresh mozzarella, sautéed tomatoes and mushrooms served with a twice baked potato and a garlic wine sauce.



Chicken Portobella  Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes in a garlic Madeira wine demi-glace with a side of rice.



Santa Fe Chicken Boneless chicken breast pan seared with peppers, onions, black beans, corn, tomatoes and bacon in a spicy garlic wine sauce over rice.  



Stuffed Mahi-Mahi Broiled Mahi stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes over asparagus spears with a side of rice and topped with a caper-herb cream sauce.   



Orange Sesame Shrimp & Crabmeat  Jumbo shrimp and crabmeat sautéed in a sesame orange stir-fry with garden vegetables, tossed with noodles and dusted with sesame seeds.      



Sea Scallops Verda Pan-seared Sea scallops tossed with mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli and spinach in a garlic lemon white wine sauce over rice.



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
