Dinner Features 28th October


Norwegian Salmon Fresh broiled salmon with a Dijon, caper, herb sauce served over fresh asparagus with a side of wild rice.



Sea Scallops Angelina Broiled sea scallops sautéed in a tomato, garlic, lemon, marsala wine sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with rice pilaf.



Seafood Medley Marinara Sautéed jumbo shrimp, clams, salmon and whitefish in a white wine marinara sauce over pasta, finished with asiago cheese.



Cajun Beef Medallions Grilled Cajun seasoned twin 3oz beef medallions with a marsala portobello mushroom sauce, served with a twice baked potato.



Chicken Primavera  Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and garden vegetables in a garlic, sherry wine sauce over pasta, topped with asiago cheese.



Normandy Chicken Seared chicken breast with apples, zucchini and fresh spinach in a sherry cream sauce over rice.      



Fresh Broiled Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
