grilled, paired with a grilled beef sirloin medallion drizzled with a soy
ginger glaze and served with sautéed mushrooms and peppers, presented over
white rice

Boneless chicken breast pan
seared with bacon,
sweet peas, caramelized onions and garlic and tossed with pasta in a white wine
cream sauce
