Beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and presented over fresh
greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with tomato wedges, red onions, mushrooms
and crumbly bleu cheese
Honey Lime Glazed Ahi Tuna

tuna steak char grilled to order with a honey lime glaze, served with vegetable
fried rice- white rice fried with egg, cabbage, peas, carrots and onions

chicken breast pan seared with a pecan crust, accompanied by sautéed
apples and walnuts and served with pumpkin mashed potatoes
