Dinner Features for August 2nd


Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Two 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled, presented with an artichoke brie crostini and mashed sweet potatoes finished with brown butter

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared with sesame crust and presented with a sauté of carrots and spinach and finished with an orange sesame butter

Rosemary Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomato and artichokes, over rice with rosemary garlic butter sauce

Shrimp Sesame
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh garlic, sweet peas and bell peppers, tossed with pasta in a lemon butter sauce

Mama’s Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and caramelized onions, tossed with pasta in a parmesan cream sauce

Pollo alla Venice
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with herb crust and presented with a salad of arugula, cherry tomato, almonds, dried cranberries and tomatoes, served with mixed berry vinaigrette

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
