Pan-seared jumbo shrimp with bacon, peas and onions tossed with pasta, cracked pepper and butter, finished with grated egg.

Deep sea scallops sautéed with garlic, tomatoes, spinach and fresh rosemary tossed with pasta in a sherry lemon sauce, topped with asiago cheese.    

Beef Stockyard with Braised Vegetables
Angus Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with Burgundy braised vegetables and wild mushrooms, served with a side of mashed potatoes.

Chicken Sophia
Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast paired with tomato basil spaghetti and topped with a gremolata garnish.

Stuffed Mahi-Mahi Broiled Mahi-Mahi stuffed with spinach, surimi crabmeat and apples, served over asparagus, with a tarragon caper sauce and a side of rice.



Shrimp Scampi Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach in a lemon garlic sherry wine sauce over pasta.   



Spring Harvest Sea Scallops Deep sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, zucchini, escarole, brussel sprouts and yellow squash in a sherry wine sauce tossed with pasta, dusted with asiago cheese.    



Grilled Angus Stockyard Fromage Angus stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with crumbly blue cheese and caramelized burgundy onions, served with a twice baked potato.



Herb Crusted Chicken Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast over a wild mushroom orzo pasta in a garlic, basil, parmesan sauce.
