Dinner Features December 4


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with A1® mushrooms and onions and served with a vegetable medley and mashed sweet potatoes 

Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, onions and peppers in a brown garlic sauce, served over pork fried rice 

Dixie Country Fried Chicken
Buttermilk battered Dixie fried country chicken served over caramelized onion mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy and crispy onions 

Black Pepper Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared in black pepper flour and presented over creole rice pilaf 

Sesame Orange Shrimp
Jumbo wonton crusted fried shrimp tossed in a sesame orange sauce with fresh steamed broccoli and stir-fried vegetables, served with sriracha honey mashed potatoes

Mediterranean Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan roasted and served over mashed potatoes in a pool of Kalamata olives, stewed tomatoes, spinach, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and garlic  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
