Dinner Features March 12


Tuna Noodle Casserole
All white albacore tuna baked in a creamy pea and mushroom sauce with egg noodles, topped with toasted bread crumbs

Egg Foo Young Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan fried and served over steamed white rice and egg drop soup, finished with fried wontons 

Chicken & Rice
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with a trio of mushrooms, onions and garlic in a creamy sage sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with a creamy horseradish sauce and served with garlic butter broccoli and beer battered fries    

Bon Bay Salmon
Fresh red snapper pan fried and presented over plantain rice with fire roasted pineapple salsa and a coconut cobbler cake

Scallops Alexander
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over a bed of bacon, crab, spinach and artichokes, presented with garlic mashed potatoes  

Bang Bang Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp dusted with cornmeal and tossed in a sweet and savory white barbeque sauce, served over house made gnocchi

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
