Dinner Features December 6


Ziti and Meatballs
Ziti tossed with marinara sauce and meatballs, finished with fresh basil and mozzarella 

Barbeque Chicken Mac & Cheese
Boneless chicken breast marinated with barbeque sauce and char grilled, topped with onion straws and served with smoked bacon and sausage macaroni and cheese

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and broiled with goat cheese, finished with a sherry rosemary demi glace and served with in house cut potato wedges and asparagus spears    

Mediterranean Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with banana peppers, tomatoes, artichokes and onions, tossed with linguine and finished in a white wine beurre blanc and an oregano parmesan blend

Scallops du Chef
Deep sea scallops pan fried with tomatoes, asparagus and onions tossed in a roasted tomato blush sauce with fresh basil, served over linguine       

Pesto Cream Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and finished with a tomato basil pesto cream, served with rice pilaf and a vegetable medley  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
