Short Ribs Jardinière
Seared beef short ribs in burgundy sauce with peas, carrots, celery, tomatoes and onions served over mashed potatoes

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a light herb crust with portobello mushrooms in a basil garlic tomato sauce, served with wild rice        

Chicken Aglio E Olio
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, broccoli, spinach and olives tossed with pasta, garlic and olive oil with white wine, dusted with asiago cheese

Shrimp O’Brien
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and onions in a white wine cream sauce served over pasta

South Western Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, black beans, corn, peppers and onions in a zesty garlic sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf    

Grilled Dijon Sesame Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak seasoned and char grilled to order, painted with Dijon mustard and topped with a sesame dill crust, presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
