Dinner Features December 27


Chicken & Crabmeat du Chef 
Boneless chicken breast and surimi crabmeat sautéed with fresh spinach, portobello mushrooms and sweet red bell peppers in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Grilled Stockyard Steak Fromage
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled topped with melted crumbly bleu and finished with a Marsala mushrooms sauce, served with a twice baked potato      

Pineapple Chicken Curry
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh pineapple, shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in sesame curry sauce, served over rice pilaf   

Shrimp Creole
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, black beans, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic wine sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Sea Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops with broiled with tomatoes and garlic in a lemon butter Marsala wine sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf

Char Grilled Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh Ahi Tuna steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served over pasta tossed with garlic, olive oil, white wine, fresh basil and asparagus finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
