Dinner Features for December 3rd


Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order with a spinach crab augratin crumb topping, served over rice pilaf and finished with a tarragon avocado cream sauce                               `

Montréal Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef medallions char grilled with Montréal seasonings, presented over bruschetta, topped with a wild mushroom onion sauce and served with a stuffed baked potato  

Scallops French
Dry packed deep sea scallops dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a sherry lemon sauce, served over pasta with fresh asparagus spears  

Shrimp & Chorizo du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, fresh spinach and tomatoes in a light asiago cream sauce, tossed with ziti  

Turkey Ala King
A homemade stew with tender pieces of oven roasted turkey and mixed vegetables, served over smashed potatoes with a side of garlic bread 

Tuna Noodle Casserole
Tuna casserole with mushrooms and sweet peas, baked with crumb topping and served with garlic bread  

Holiday Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with spinach, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes in a basil wine sauce, served over asparagus spears with a side of with pecan glaze crusted sweet potatoes 

Linguini with Clam Sauce
New England style clam sauce with broccoli, kalamata olives, garlic, basil and white wine in a rich seafood broth served over linguini and finished with asiago cheese 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
